This Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy applies to all transactions conducted with M&M Mining International, a UK-based mining service provider sourcing industrial minerals and metals from Pakistan. This policy outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to international deliveries, return eligibility, and refund claims.

By placing an order with M&M Mining International, clients agree to the terms described herein.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Scope

We ship industrial mineral and metal products from verified suppliers in Pakistan to clients across the United Kingdom. Each order is arranged through secure freight and logistics channels, in compliance with UK customs and import regulations.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of material, volume, and shipping method selected. Estimated lead times are:

  • Bulk shipments (containers): 3–6 weeks

  • Sample shipments: 7–14 business days

  • Custom orders: May take longer, depending on material availability and testing

Delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control. We will notify clients promptly of any disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by:

  • Order size and weight

  • Freight method (sea, air, land)

  • Destination port or warehouse address

All costs will be clearly stated in the quotation or invoice before shipment.

Delivery Confirmation

A shipping notice and tracking details will be shared with clients once goods are dispatched. Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address and for being available to receive the shipment.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of industrial materials, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened packaging or processed materials

  • Materials that have been tested or altered

  • Products that have passed third-party inspection at the buyer’s request

However, we will consider returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect material or grade delivered

  • Damage in transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Quality variance that significantly differs from the agreed sample or specification (with supporting documentation)

Clients must contact us immediately at info@mmm-int.co.uk and provide photographic evidence, test reports (if applicable), and shipment references.

Refund Policy &

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before dispatch (partial or full depending on stage of processing)

  • Verified defect or wrong material shipment not resolved by replacement

  • Shipment loss confirmed by the freight provider

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of claim approval. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment or through bank transfer, depending on the agreement.

Please note: Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by customs or external shipping events.

Order Cancellations

Clients may request order cancellations before the dispatch stage. However, cancellations are subject to:

  • A processing fee if goods have already been prepared or packed

  • Rejection if the order is already in transit or if the material was custom-processed

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from M&M Mining International are shipped FOB (Free on Board) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the client.

Insurance can be arranged at the client’s request for additional cost.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
